The commercial affiliation contract must be drawn

b) for entry fee , a fixed amount, also related to the economic value and development capacity of the network, which the affiliate pays at the time of signing the commercial affiliation contract;

c) for royalties , a percentage that the franchisor requires from the affiliate, commensurate with the affiliate's turnover or as a fixed amount, to be paid also in fixed periodic instalments;

d) for goods of the franchisor, goods produced by the franchisor or according to his instructions and marked with the name of the franchisor”.



The following article 3 then describes the form of the job seekers data commercial affiliation contract, and states verbatim:

“ up in writing under penalty of nullity.
To establish a commercial affiliation network, the franchisor must have tested its commercial formula on the market.
If the contract is for a fixed term, the franchisor must in any case guarantee the affiliate a minimum duration sufficient to amortize the investment and in any case not less than three years. The possibility of early termination due to non-compliance by one of the parties is reserved. The contract must also expressly indicate:

a) the amount of investments and any entry costs that the affiliate must sustain before starting the activity.
