You will no longer sell them. But if you've said an add-on package or something, you can take people who are already existing customers, people who can only buy the add-on because they already have the basic package, and then look at them specifically away from everyone else when you're looking at those conversion rates. So at the very least, I would say that if you can differentiate on your website between people who have already bought your stuff and people who haven't bought your stuff, people who are members versus non-members, if you say a non-profit organization, those are great ways to separate the two so you don't have to be inconsistent.
One of the things we've used it for, actually, is for a convention jiangxi cell phone number list center, which during COVID they weren't as busy. We still configure their GA4. One of the things we look for is that they serve a lot of different audiences. They serve for example people who are going to events. They serve people who are booking meetings. They serve people who are booking weddings.
So people who are booking a wedding will probably see the Booking a Wedding page. They can also see upcoming events. People who are booking a meeting will see the Booking Meeting page and upcoming events. But people who are going to an event are only going to see the events page. More than half of their traffic is people visiting the events page and nothing else. So when we're looking at their sales and we're saying, "How are your wedding sales," we're only looking at people who went to the wedding page.
We're only reviewing based on the audience for this appointment. We're not ignoring them, but looking at people who viewed the event page isn't important to their conversion rate. So it's a way that you can really segment and really focus on that audience to make your marketing more effective. Other things you can do, you can review content. So as I mentioned earlier, we have a client who wants to see people who are completing their videos.
We are only reviewing based on this wedding audience.
