SANTALUCÍA and ESIC Business & Marketing School have joined forces to develop the New Commercial Leader Program, focused on developing the strategic skills needed to manage the current keys to Commercial Management and the most innovative trends in a digital and omnichannel environment.

With this approach as a starting point, ESIC Business & Marketing School has been the academic partner chosen to create the New Commercial Leader Advanced Program. It is a modular and continuous training project of 125 hours, in which face-to-face and virtual sessions will alternate with webinars , case studies, individual and group work and transfer to the position. The first two modules that will be taught in 2021 focus on strategic management, territoriality, omnichannel, market trends, commercial leadership or customer experience, among other sections.
